Haley Glover is the senior director of UpSkill America at the Aspen Institute.
Prior to joining the Institute in July 2022, Glover was a senior program manager at Amazon, where she led college programming for associates on Amazon’s Career Choice team, supporting associates to earn a college degree.
Before January 2022, Glover served as Lumina Foundation’s strategy director for state action and equity. In that role, she led Lumina’s efforts to mobilize states to support student success and reduce racial disparities in credential attainment. Haley served as strategy director across multiple portfolios at Lumina Foundation for more than a decade, leading work to engage employers in postsecondary education, scale innovative postsecondary completion efforts, and mobilize communities and regions to organize education and workforce strategies.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, English, and American history from Franklin College in Indiana. She earned a master’s in liberal arts from St. John’s College Graduate Institute in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and a master’s in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
