More than 60 percent of American adults do not hold a college degree. InStride Academic and Corporate Partners are at the forefront of meeting the needs of this growing segment of potential learners by creating innovative paths to and through post-secondary education that create value “along the way” for both employees and employers. In Part 1 of this two-part session, we’ll hear from a panel of academic and corporate leaders on the unique needs of this population, what’s working, and the possibilities for what’s next. In Part 2, we’ll work in cross-sector teams of APs and CPs to identify what must be true to accelerate the development and scaling of these innovative “earn and learn” models.
